My chips were hot but definantly not cooked properly the toilets where disgusting, I waited 25 minutes to be served (there was only 2 people in front of me) and then once served they got my order wrong and had to fix it and I didn't get my order for another 10 minutes. It was suppose to be a quick stop in on the way to Sydney, should have just gone to maccas

Terrible!!! Food cold! They sat food on bench waiting for 1 piece of chicken after who knows how long the rest sat in the warmer. Requested fresh chips as they had gone cold, then the new chips were no better! So much for 'fresh' 'fast' food! Biggest waste of money! Restaurant extremely filthy! Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. The attempt to clean was filthy smear marks across the table. KFC Yass you need to maintain a better upkeep of your restaurant.
